Fourteen vehicles on the lot. Sprinters first — Executive 12, Extended Lounge 14 — then sedan, SUV, shuttle, stretch, and party bus. Chicago Executive Charters covers Schaumburg corporate campuses, Woodfield hotels, convention blocks, and the short I-90 run to O'Hare. Northwest-suburban dispatch, door-to-door, 24/7.

Who we are

Campuses, Woodfield, and a runway that is actually close.

Schaumburg is a northwest job, not an I-88 job. Woodfield still pulls weekend traffic. The convention hotels and office parks along Meacham, Martingale, and American Lane pull weekday traffic. I-90 to O'Hare is the short card most groups actually play.

We book that map: a roadshow that starts at a Schaumburg campus and ends at McCormick, a hotel shuttle looping Renaissance / Woodfield for a three-day meeting, an eight-person flight crew that wants one Sprinter at Terminal 5 instead of two Ubers. Fourteen vehicles on the lot, dispatched from the Chicago / Elmwood Park / west-NW suburbs service area. Tell us the headcount. We spec the coach.

What we run for Schaumburg

Northwest work, spec'd to the trip

Sprinters handle most campus and airport groups. Shuttle vans own the hotel loops. SUV and sedan cover the principal plus bags.

O'Hare — the short northwest run

I-90 is the usual line from Schaumburg to O'Hare. In cooperative traffic that is a 15–25 minute shot; we still pad for Kennedy backups and convention weeks. Midway is the long south option and we will quote it, but ORD is the airport this town lives on.

Campuses & Roadshows

Meacham, Martingale, American Lane, and the office parks that still run visiting clients through Schaumburg. Executive Sprinter for the team with laptops. SUV when it is two principals and a pile of bags. One desk for the whole day.

Corporate travel

Hotel, Convention & Staff Shuttles

Renaissance Schaumburg, Woodfield hotel row, and standing weekday employee runs. Shuttle van for repeating loops. Sprinter when the same group wants a cabin. Quoted by the schedule, not nickel-and-dimed per hop.

Weddings, Galas & Woodfield Nights

Hotel ballrooms and northwest receptions where parking is the fight. Extended Lounge for the wedding party. Stretch when the photo at the curb is the point. Shuttle when guests need a loop from Woodfield hotels to the venue.

Wedding charters

Shows, Arenas & the Loop

Allstate Arena and Rosemont nights are a straight northwest hop. United Center and downtown dinners are the longer city run. Party bus when the list climbs past 14. One chauffeur, no designated-driver argument on Golf Road at midnight.

Concert transportation

School & Sports Groups

District 54 / 211 activity runs, tournament days, and college-visit groups that should stay in one coach. Gear behind the seats. A vetted chauffeur, not a parent caravan on I-290.

Getting around Schaumburg

I-90, Golf Road, and a mall that still moves traffic.

Schaumburg is a driving town. The group charter has to respect Woodfield weekends, campus rush, and the Kennedy when O'Hare is the destination.

The roads. I-90 (Jane Addams) is the O'Hare line. I-290/IL-53 cuts south toward the Eisenhower and the west suburbs. Golf Road, Higgins, and Roselle carry the daily grind. Meacham and Martingale are the campus laterals. Woodfield's ring roads clog on Saturday and on any mall-event night — we stage off the ring, we do not idle in it.

The rails. Metra MD-W at Schaumburg / Roselle is useful for a solo downtown commute. It is not a plan for a twelve-person campus group with luggage or a convention hotel block that lets out after the last train. We drive the door.

The runways. O'Hare is the home airport: 15–25 minutes on a clean I-90, longer when the Kennedy stacks. Midway is a committed south run we will still do, with a honest pad, when the itinerary says MDW. Flight tracking either way.

The Schaumburg calendar

Convention weeks, mall Saturdays, arena nights.

Schaumburg's busy days are not cute festivals. They are hotel blocks, Woodfield weekends, and shows that empty onto Golf Road at the same time.

When the convention center and Renaissance are full, curb space in front of the porte-cochère is a negotiation. We put the Sprinter in the right lane, load on your timeline, and stage off the hotel loop so the next shuttle is not trapped behind a rideshare pile-up.

Octoberfest-style weekends, holiday mall traffic, and Allstate Arena let-outs get the same treatment: drop close, sit off the mess, keep dispatch live. Larger lists ride the shuttle van or a second Sprinter from the 14-vehicle lot so nobody is waiting on a second wave.

Why a northwest-fluent desk

I-90 timing is the product.

Anyone can pin Woodfield. The job is knowing when Golf Road is a parking lot, when I-90 is the clean line to ORD, and when a campus pickup needs a shuttle instead of a lounge Sprinter.

O'Hare is actually close

We pad I-90 for the hour you fly, including convention weeks when the Kennedy is a rumor.

02

Campus vs mall curb

Meacham office parks and Woodfield ring roads are different staging problems. We treat them that way.

The O'Hare advantage

Schaumburg sits on the airport's northwest door.

This is the suburb where O'Hare is a real commute, not a pilgrimage. I-90 does the work. We still do not quote a 12-minute fantasy when the Kennedy is stacked.

Group flights stay in one Sprinter with the bags behind the seats. We watch the inbound tail on a delayed return so your party is not camping in baggage claim. Midway is available — it is just a longer south run from here, and we will say so up front instead of pretending both airports are equal from Woodfield.

Good to know

Schaumburg charter questions

O'Hare is the home airport from Schaumburg. I-90 is usually 15–25 minutes in cooperative traffic; we pad for the Kennedy, construction, and convention weeks. Give us the flight time at (773) 923-0220 and we set pickup off Woodfield, the campuses, or the hotel row.

Yes. Repeating loops between Woodfield hotels, the convention center, campuses, and dinners downtown or in Oak Brook. Shuttle van for all-day loops; Sprinter when the same group wants a cabin. Standing staff runs: employee shuttle.

Most teams ride the Executive Sprinter (12, captain's chairs) or Extended Lounge (14). SUV up to 6 with bags. Sedan for a principal. Party bus or a second Sprinter when the list is over 14. Fourteen vehicles on the lot. See /fleet/.

Yes, with an honest pad. It is a longer south run than ORD. We quote MDW as its own trip with flight tracking — we do not treat it as "close enough to O'Hare." Details: Midway transfers.
