An employee shuttle is a recurring, scheduled run in a chauffeured Sprinter van that carries your staff between fixed points: a train station and the office, two campuses, a plant and a park-and-ride. There is no fixed minimum. We run standing schedules that last months and short project windows of a few days. What matters is that the run is repeating and the times are known in advance, because that is what lets us hold a vehicle and a driver for you.
Up to 14 passengers per Sprinter, with luggage room. If your headcount is higher than that we run multiple vehicles on the same schedule rather than stretching one.
