Who we are

A northwest desk that pads I-90, not a Woodfield pin.

Arlington Heights is not Schaumburg, and it is not a village you guess from a map. It has a real downtown around the Metra UP-Northwest platform, a hotel and office belt that bleeds toward Woodfield, and an O'Hare run that is short until the Northwest Tollway is not.

That is the work we book every week. A corporate team leaving an Arlington Heights Road office for a 6 a.m. ORD departure. A wedding shuttle looping a Euclid-corridor home to a downtown reception. Eleven people with bags who would rather not run a three-car caravan to Woodfield and then to the airport. We dispatch from the Chicago / Elmwood Park / west-NW suburbs service area, quote a flat rate, and put a Sprinter on I-90 with a real buffer. Call or book for the live rate.

What we run for Arlington Heights

Charters built for Metra, Woodfield, and O'Hare

Sprinters first. Sedan, SUV, shuttle, stretch, and party bus when the headcount or the occasion calls for them.

O'Hare Airport Runs

O'Hare is an I-90 job from Arlington Heights — plan 15–35 minutes depending on the hour, not a brochure 12. We track the flight, load the bags, and keep the whole party in one coach. Midway is the longer south option and we still quote it when the itinerary says so.

O'Hare group transfers

Northwest Corporate & Hotels

Office parks along Arlington Heights Road, hotel blocks that sit against the Woodfield / Schaumburg edge, and visiting clients who need a quiet cabin to the Loop or McCormick Place. Executive Sprinter for the team. Sedan or SUV when it is a principal plus bags.

Corporate travel

Weddings & Downtown Events

Keep the wedding party together from a northwest-suburban home to a church, a downtown Arlington Heights reception, or a city venue. Extended Lounge for the photos-and-champagne ride. Shuttle van when guest lists need a loop, not a single coach.

Wedding charters

School & Sports Transport

Team trips, tournaments, and activity runs for District 25 / 214 families and nearby programs. One chaperoned coach beats a string of parent cars on Rand Road. Gear rides behind the seats, not on laps.

School & sports transport

Nights Downtown & Allstate

Theater in the Loop, dinners in River North, United Center, Allstate Arena via I-90. Sprinter for most lists. Party bus when the night is the point and the headcount climbs past 14. Stretch when the arrival photo matters more than the luggage.

Group nights out

Hotel & Woodfield Shuttles

Repeating loops between Arlington Heights hotels, Woodfield / convention hotels in Schaumburg, and a downtown dinner. Shuttle van for all-day hotel work. Sprinter when the same group wants a cabin. Convention weeks we add affiliates through our desk.

Getting around Arlington Heights

Tollway clock, Metra platform, one close runway.

Arlington Heights is large, northwest, and well-connected — which is exactly why a group charter has to plan the clock, not hope the app is right.

The roads. I-90 (Northwest Tollway) is the east-west spine to O'Hare and the city. IL-53 is the north-south cut. Northwest Highway and Rand Road carry the commercial belt. Euclid, Palatine Road, and Arlington Heights Road feed downtown and the neighborhoods. Woodfield sits next door in Schaumburg; we treat that edge as part of the same job, not a surprise add-on.

The rails. Metra UP-Northwest from the Arlington Heights station is a solid solo commute into Ogilvie. It is a poor plan for eight people with roll-aboards, an early ORD departure, or a night that runs past the last train. Door-to-door coach wins that argument.

The runways. O'Hare (ORD) is the short northwest haul: I-90, 15–35 minutes with a real rush-hour pad. Midway (MDW) is the longer south option. Both get live flight tracking. We do not quote a best-case map time and then "see how it goes."

The Arlington Heights calendar

Festival weekends, Metra crowds, and Woodfield overflow.

Downtown Arlington Heights fills for festivals and Friday nights. Woodfield convention weeks push hotel loops into our town. Those are the days street parking and the side roads off Dunton disappear.

A chauffeured Sprinter drops your party close to the venue, then stages off the closures so nobody hunts for a spot. The same logic covers District 214 graduations, anniversary dinners, and game days at Allstate Arena or the United Center.

When a Schaumburg convention week stacks our own coaches, we book trusted affiliates through the same desk — you still get one quote and one point of contact. Browse the Sprinter limos, the executive shuttle vans, and the full 14-vehicle fleet.

Why a local northwest-suburban operator

Knowing I-90 is the service.

A national booking app sends whatever car is closest. We send a chauffeur who already knows when the Tollway is the O'Hare move and when Rand is a trap after a festival.

The O'Hare advantage from the northwest

I-90 puts the runway close — until it does not.

Arlington Heights sits on the Northwest Tollway, and that is the quiet advantage for an airport run when traffic cooperates. Your coach is on I-90 within minutes of downtown and at O'Hare's terminals in a quarter-hour on a clean clock.

For a group flight, that means one Sprinter at the curb instead of three cars circling for parking. We load the luggage, watch the inbound flight on a delayed return, and time the morning departure around real Tollway traffic, not a best-case estimate. Woodfield-adjacent hotel pickups use the same desk as a downtown Arlington Heights home.

Fourteen vehicles on the lot: Sprinters first, then sedan, SUV, shuttle, stretch, and party bus. When a convention Saturday needs more coaches than we have free, affiliates book through us. See the Sprinter limos and the full fleet.

Good to know

Arlington Heights charter questions

Plan 15–35 minutes via I-90 depending on the hour. Early-morning westbound is usually cleaner; weekday rush and Tollway construction are why we pad pickup instead of quoting a fantasy travel time. We track the inbound flight on the return.

Yes. Downtown Arlington Heights around the UP-Northwest platform, homes off Euclid and Palatine Road, the Arlington Heights Road office belt, and hotels toward the Woodfield / Schaumburg edge. Door-to-door, chauffeur staged early.

Most groups ride a Sprinter: Executive up to 12 in captain's chairs, Extended Lounge up to 14. Sedan for 1–3. SUV up to 6 with bags. Shuttle van for hotel or Woodfield loops. Stretch for arrival photos. Party bus when the list is over 14. Fourteen vehicles on the lot. Convention weeks we add trusted affiliates through the same desk. See the full fleet.

Yes. Woodfield, the convention hotels, and Schaumburg campuses are the next town over. We quote that as a local northwest job, not a long-distance surprise. See the Schaumburg page.
