Wedding guest shuttle. Church to reception, hotel to venue.

The party car stays with the couple. This page is the other coach: a posted loop so guests are not standing in a parking lot at midnight. Executive Sprinter (12) or Extended Lounge (14) first. Shuttle van or party bus when the list needs it. Fourteen vehicles on the lot. Dispatch: (773) 923-0220.

What this product is

One route. On repeat. Until last call.

A wedding guest shuttle is a second coach with a written timetable. Hotel lobby, ceremony door, reception door, hotel again. Guests stand at a posted time. The chauffeur already knows the next curb.

The weddings page is the party car: getting-ready, photos, send-off. Keep that Sprinter with the couple. Put everyone else on this loop.

Tell us the rider count that will actually board, not the invite list. We work backward from ceremony start, set the first lobby time, and write the last-call sweep into the quote.

How the Saturday actually runs

Hotel, church, reception, hotel.

Hotel-block pickup

Out-of-town guests meet in the lobby on a posted time. We hand the same sheet to the front desk and to whoever is running the wedding website.

Church-to-reception

Ceremony and dinner at two addresses is a normal west-suburban Saturday. Last inbound lands before the processional. Same coach shifts to the reception door for cocktail hour.

Evening return loops

Grandparents leave after cake. The rest stay for the band. The coach keeps cycling so nobody is stranded in a dark lot waiting on a car.

Last-call sweep

Final run timed to when the venue actually closes, not to a guess. Written into the quote. If the night runs over, call dispatch.

Multi-hotel route

Two or three hotels on one fixed order, each with its own lobby time. If the blocks sit far apart, we split the route on a second coach.

Airport weekend add-on

Guests flying O'Hare the same weekend can ride a group transfer in, then the loop on Saturday. See O'Hare.

Which coach

Sprinters first. Then the van. Then the party bus.

Fourteen vehicles on the lot. We spec the loop off the rider count, not off a package name.

Chicago Executive Charters Executive Sprinter, 12 passengers

Executive Sprinter · 12

Captain's chairs, climate, USB. Flagship on Sprinter limo.

Chicago Executive Charters Extended Lounge Sprinter, 14 passengers

Extended Lounge · 14

The 14-passenger lounge is the usual guest-loop coach. One trip moves a hotel floor.

Executive shuttle van for larger Chicago wedding guest counts

Shuttle van

When 14 is not enough, we put a shuttle van on the same timetable.

Party bus for large Chicago wedding guest shuttle counts

Party bus

Guest count past two Sprinters. Same desk on party bus. 24-passenger and 45-passenger.

Fourteen on the lot. When a Saturday needs more coaches than we have free, licensed affiliates are allowed under Terms 2.1. We do not claim every coach on every night is ours. See the fleet page.

Inside the cabin

A ten-minute hop should still feel like part of the night.

Guests in dresses and hard shoes. Captain's chairs or lounge seating, climate, USB, a chauffeur in dress attire who already has the run sheet.

We do not publish loading-zone notes for churches and hotels on this page. Your planner sends the doors; we write them on the timetable. A later pass will add real curb notes for venues we already run.

Where the loop runs

Chicago, Oak Park, west and northwest suburbs.

Service-area language only. We quote the route. We do not list a street or a yard.

Base is Elmwood Park. That puts Oak Park, River Forest, and the near-west churches and banquet halls on a short first pull. Downtown lofts and ballrooms are an Eisenhower or Kennedy run. O'Hare hotel blocks and Rosemont sit next door.

West and northwest guest lists usually block rooms in Rosemont, Schaumburg, Naperville, or Oak Brook, then sit a ceremony in Oak Park or the city.

Town pages: Oak Park, Elmwood Park, Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Brook, Rosemont, downtown Chicago.

No fake church list. If live /weddings/ already names a door we run, use that page. For this product, send the two addresses and the rider count.

Why this desk

A loop lives on timing and a phone that picks up.

Fourteen vehicles on the lot, Sprinters first. The loop is spec'd off the rider count, then a shuttle van or party bus if the list is bigger.

A real person on dispatch. When dinner runs forty minutes long, the loop re-flows. Your planner has one number: (773) 923-0220.
