Who we are

A DuPage desk that pads Roosevelt, not a campus pin.

Wheaton is the DuPage county seat with a college in the middle of it. That is a different job than Naperville's Tollway hotel belt: a walkable downtown on Front Street, a Metra UP-West platform that works for one commuter, and campus calendars that swallow curb space on a Saturday.

That is the work we book every week. A visiting family leaving a College Avenue hotel for O'Hare before sunrise. A wedding shuttle looping a Roosevelt-corridor home to a downtown reception. A campus group with instruments who would rather not split across three cars on County Farm Road. We dispatch from the Chicago / Elmwood Park / west-NW suburbs service area, quote a flat rate, and put a Sprinter on I-355 with a real buffer. Call or book for the live rate.

What we run for Wheaton

Charters built for campus, county, and both airports

Sprinters first. Sedan, SUV, shuttle, stretch, and party bus when the headcount or the occasion calls for them.

O'Hare & Midway Airport Runs

O'Hare is an I-355 / I-88 / I-294 job from Wheaton — plan 30–55 minutes depending on the hour, not a brochure 22. Midway is often the cleaner south run via I-355 and I-55. We track the flight, load the bags, and keep the whole party in one coach.

O'Hare group transfers

County Seat & Corporate

Courthouse and civic groups, office parks off Roosevelt and Naperville Road, and visiting clients who need a quiet cabin to the Loop or Oak Brook. Executive Sprinter for the team. Sedan or SUV when it is a principal plus bags. One dispatch contact, flat agreed rate.

Corporate travel

Weddings & Front Street Events

Keep the wedding party together from a DuPage home to a church, a downtown Wheaton reception, or a venue in Oak Brook or the city. Extended Lounge for the photos-and-champagne ride. Shuttle van when guest lists need a loop, not a single coach.

Wedding charters

College & Sports Transport

Team trips, tournaments, and activity runs for Wheaton College groups, District 200 families, and visiting programs. One chaperoned coach beats a string of parent cars on Roosevelt. Gear rides behind the seats, not on laps.

School & sports transport

Nights Downtown & Oak Brook

Theater in the Loop, dinners in River North, Oakbrook Center, United Center game days. Sprinter for most lists. Party bus when the night is the point and the headcount climbs past 14. Stretch when the arrival photo matters more than the luggage.

Group nights out

Campus & Hotel Shuttles

Repeating loops between downtown Wheaton, campus, and a Naperville or Oak Brook dinner. Shuttle van for all-day hotel work. Sprinter when the same group wants a cabin, not a people-mover feel. Commencement weekends we add affiliates through our desk.

Getting around Wheaton

Roosevelt clock, UP-West platform, two runways.

Wheaton is compact downtown and spread at the edges — which is exactly why a group charter has to plan the clock, not hope the app is right.

The roads. Roosevelt Road (IL-38) is the east-west spine toward Elmhurst and the city. Naperville Road and County Farm cut north-south. I-88 sits south; I-355 is the north-south Tollway to both airports. Front Street and Wesley feed downtown. Those laterals back up on college event nights.

The rails. Metra UP-West from the Wheaton station is a solid solo commute into Ogilvie. It is a poor plan for eight people with roll-aboards, an early ORD departure, or a night that runs past the last train. Door-to-door coach wins that argument.

The runways. O'Hare (ORD) is the northwest haul: I-355 to I-88 or I-294, 30–55 minutes with a real rush-hour pad. Midway (MDW) is often the shorter south option via I-355 and I-55. Both get live flight tracking. We do not quote a best-case map time and then "see how it goes."

The Wheaton calendar

Campus weekends, French Market mornings, and county nights.

Wheaton's busy days are college days and downtown days. Commencement, homecoming, the French Market season, and courthouse-week crowds eat parking and stretch Front Street into a crawl.

A chauffeured Sprinter drops your party close to the venue, then stages off the closures so nobody hunts for a spot. The same logic covers District 200 graduations, church groups, and game nights when the destination is Oak Brook or the city instead of campus.

When a commencement Saturday stacks our own coaches, we book trusted affiliates through the same desk — you still get one quote and one point of contact. Browse the Sprinter limos, the executive shuttle vans, and the full 14-vehicle fleet.

Why a local DuPage operator

Knowing Roosevelt is the service.

A national booking app sends whatever car is closest. We send a chauffeur who already knows when I-355 is the airport move and when Front Street is a trap after a campus event.

The airport job from DuPage

I-355 is the split: north to O'Hare, south to Midway.

Wheaton does not sit on one airport's doorstep. The honest move is I-355: north and then west for ORD, south toward I-55 for Midway, with a buffer for the Tollway either way.

For a group flight, that means one Sprinter at the curb instead of three cars circling for parking. We load the luggage, watch the inbound flight on a delayed return, and time the morning departure around real DuPage traffic. Campus pickups and downtown Front Street use the same desk.

Fourteen vehicles on the lot: Sprinters first, then sedan, SUV, shuttle, stretch, and party bus. When a college Saturday needs more coaches than we have free, affiliates book through us. See the Sprinter limos and the full fleet.

Wheaton charter questions

Plan 30–55 minutes via I-355 and I-88 or I-294 depending on the hour. Early-morning is usually cleaner; weekday rush and Tollway construction are why we pad pickup instead of quoting a fantasy travel time. We track the inbound flight on the return.

Yes. Campus, downtown Front Street, the Metra UP-West station, the county complex, and homes off Roosevelt, County Farm, and Naperville Road. Door-to-door, chauffeur staged early.

Most groups ride a Sprinter: Executive up to 12 in captain's chairs, Extended Lounge up to 14. Sedan for 1–3. SUV up to 6 with bags. Shuttle van for campus or hotel loops. Stretch for arrival photos. Party bus when the list is over 14. Fourteen vehicles on the lot. Commencement weekends we add trusted affiliates through the same desk. See the full fleet.

Often, yes, for south- and southwest-bound flights. I-355 to I-55 is a straighter shot than the I-88 / I-294 haul to ORD. We quote Midway as its own run with flight tracking.
