What we do from here
A dispatcher reviews every reservation by hand: the route, the timing and the vehicle, so nothing rests on an automated guess. If anything about your trip needs a question answered, we call you rather than assume.
The day before your trip you’ll get your chauffeur’s name and a direct number. On the day itself, your chauffeur will be in position early. If you’re flying in, we track the flight and adjust the pickup for delays without you having to tell us.
Need to change something?
Plans move. Call (773) 923-0220 or email info@chicagoexecutivecharters.com and we’ll adjust the reservation. Dispatch answers 24/7, and the earlier you tell us, the easier it is to move a vehicle.
