Youth & Club Sports
Team Travel.

Chartered Mercedes-Benz Sprinters and shuttle vans for youth and club teams across Chicagoland. Tournament weekends, league away games, showcases and team events — the whole roster rides together on a licensed, insured coach with a background-checked professional chauffeur, and the gear rides in back. One parent or team manager books; we handle the rest.

Parent-coordinated

One coach for the whole team. One parent runs it.

Most team travel gets organized by one volunteer — a team manager or the parent who drew the short straw. We build the trip around that person: one call, one flat quote, one point of contact at dispatch, and a coach sized to the roster plus coaches and chaperones.

We're based in Elmwood Park with fast ramps to I-290, I-294 and I-90, so the rinks, turf complexes and fieldhouses where youth sports actually happen are a short, predictable run. Tighter squads take a shuttle van; a full roster with equipment takes the extended Sprinter. Families who want to skip the ten-car caravan finally can — everyone arrives together, on time, with warm-ups still ahead of them.

Who we ride with

Youth and club programs across every season

If the schedule has a roster, a venue and a start time, we can put a coach under it — fall, winter, spring and the long tournament summer.

We are an independent private charter operator and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league, school or governing body. We work directly with parents, team managers and coaches to arrange transport.

What we cover

From Tuesday away games to bracket Sundays

Tournament weekends

Pool play at 8, bracket play at 2. The coach stays with the team all day, so players eat and reset in climate-controlled seats instead of a parking lot.

League away games

Regular-season runs to rinks, fieldhouses and turf complexes across Chicagoland. Same coach, same chauffeur, week after week if you want it.

Showcases & recruiting events

College showcases and ID camps are long days that count. Players arrive together, rested and on schedule, with coaches and parents in the same coach.

The equipment rides too

Hockey bags, bat bags, sticks, coolers, chairs and pop-up tents load into the rear gear area — not onto anyone's lap. Aisles stay clear, seats stay clean.

Team dinners & banquets

End-of-season banquets, championship celebrations and team outings. The whole group arrives at once, and nobody's parent circles the block for parking.

Out-of-town tournaments

Weekend tournaments and showcases in Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and downstate Illinois. Long-haul comfort, one professional driver for the whole trip.

Traveling with a young roster, or a player with specific accessibility or care needs? Tell us when you book. We'll talk through what the trip requires so the ride works for every kid on the team.

How a team charter works

Parent-coordinated, start to finish.

Team travel fails at the details — who's driving, who has the tent, who left before the trophy ceremony. A single coach with a professional chauffeur removes most of them.

Start with a call or a quote request. Give us the team, the roster count, how many coaches and chaperones are riding, what gear is coming, the schedule and the venue. We confirm the right coach — a shuttle van for a tight squad, a Sprinter for a full traveling party, or multiple coaches on one schedule for a whole club — and send back a flat, all-in quote the organizer can split among families however the team prefers.

On game day the chauffeur arrives early at the pickup point — a school lot, a club facility or a corner the captain picks — loads the gear, and runs the route with buffer built in for check-in and warm-ups. Between games the coach stays with the team, a quiet place to eat and regroup. When the last whistle blows, everyone leaves together. If the bracket runs long or a start time moves, our 24/7 dispatch already knows the plan.

Local advantage

Built for Chicagoland's tournament map

Youth sports in Chicago is a geography problem. We solve it from the middle.

Our base sits in Elmwood Park near Conti Parkway, where Grand Avenue, North Avenue and Harlem Avenue feed straight onto I-290, I-294 and I-90. That puts the west-suburban rinks, turf domes and fieldhouses inside a short, predictable run.

It also means the brutal part of youth sports — the 6 a.m. Saturday ice time, the 7 a.m. pool check-in — is met by a driver who starts nearby, not one commuting an hour just to reach the pickup. Short dead-head distances keep pickup windows tight and mornings calm.

Tournament weekends often split across two venues in one day. We plan the between-venue moves, the lunch stop and the return leg before the trip starts, so the team manager isn't rerouting a caravan by group text. Big-stage days work the same way — game-day charters run to the United Center and to events around Rosemont, a short run up the Tri-State from our base.

And when the season points out of state, the same crew plans the long haul: one coach, one chauffeur, fuel and food stops mapped, and a roster that arrives ready to play instead of stiff from a back seat.

Safety first, always

The standards behind every team ride.

Parents hand us their kids and their weekend. Here's exactly what every team charter includes — no fine print, no exceptions. If a detail matters to your club, ask, and we'll put it in writing on the quote.

01

Licensed & insured

Commercial livery vehicles with active commercial insurance. Documentation available on request for clubs and programs.

Seatbelts & climate control

Every seat belted, cabin kept comfortable in Chicago heat or cold, and the coach detailed before each trip.

04

On time for warm-ups

06

Room for roster & gear

Up to 12–14 passengers per coach plus a rear gear area, or multiple coaches in convoy for a full club on one schedule.

Why book us

A local charter you can actually reach

Big bus companies treat a 14-seat team run like an afterthought. We don't.

Based in Elmwood Park with fast ramps to I-290, I-294 and I-90 — close to the west-suburban rinks, domes and fieldhouses where the games actually are.

Truly localElmwood Park base

A real person answers dispatch around the clock, so a rain delay, a long bracket or a moved start time reaches us, not a voicemail box.

24/7 dispatchAlways reachable

One flat quote confirmed before the trip — simple for a team manager to split among families, easy for a club to put in the budget.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. We size the coach to the full traveling party — roster, coaches and chaperones. Tell us the headcount when you book and we'll match a shuttle van, a Sprinter, or multiple coaches on one schedule so everyone travels together and arrives at the same time.

In the rear gear area, not on anyone's lap. Hockey bags, bat bags, sticks, coolers, chairs and pop-up tents load in back so the aisle stays clear and the seats stay clean. Tell us what's coming when you book and we'll confirm the space before the trip.

That's how most team charters run. One parent or team manager books, gets a flat, all-in quote confirmed before the trip, and splits it among families however the team prefers. That organizer gets a single point of contact at dispatch for the whole booking. Ask about our 10% first-time offer when you call.

Yes. For pool-play mornings and bracket-play afternoons, the coach stays with the team — a climate-controlled place to eat and reset between games. If the day runs at two venues, we plan the between-venue moves before the trip starts, so nobody is rerouting a caravan by group text.

Yes. Weekend tournaments and showcases in Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and downstate Illinois are regular work for us. One coach, one professional chauffeur for the whole trip, and 24/7 dispatch at (773) 923-0220 if the schedule moves.
