One party, one vehicle, on schedule

Keep the whole wedding party moving as one.

A wedding day runs on a clock, and the transportation is where it slips. We put the bridal party in one Sprinter lounge and hold the timeline: getting-ready spots, the ceremony, photo stops, then the reception, with a chauffeur who has the run sheet in front of him.

We're based in the near-west suburbs, minutes from Oak Park, River Forest and the Grand and North Avenue corridors, with quick access to the Eisenhower and the Kennedy into downtown. That means short pickups, drivers who know the venue districts, and the same crew handling both the party car and the guest loops. Ride in a Sprinter limo for the wedding party, or add a shuttle van for guest transfers on the same schedule.

What we cover

From the first look to the send-off

Every leg of the day, planned around your timeline and quoted flat before the date.

Wedding party transport

The bridal party in one lounge cabin from getting ready to the ceremony to the reception. Everyone arrives together, on time, and relaxed.

Guest shuttle loops

Continuous runs between the hotel block and the venue so out-of-town guests never hunt for parking or a rideshare. We time the loops to the ceremony and the last call.

Photo-stop runs

Forest-preserve greenery, the lakefront, a downtown loft rooftop. We map the stops with you and hold the timing so the reception still starts on schedule.

Getting-ready transfers

Salon to hotel to venue for the party and the family. Short, punctual hops that keep the morning from backing up before the ceremony even starts.

Late send-off & after-party

Reception to the after-party or back to the hotel, late. A clean cabin and a chauffeur who waits, so the night ends door to door instead of curbside at 1am.

Rehearsal & welcome dinners

Group rides to the rehearsal, the welcome dinner and the family brunch. One vehicle and one driver across the whole wedding weekend, not just the ceremony day.

Mixing legs? A common setup is the Sprinter for the wedding party plus a shuttle running guest loops, both on one timeline. Tell us the venues and the counts and we'll build the plan.

How a wedding booking works

Booked to your timeline, handled all day.

A wedding has more stops and tighter windows than an ordinary ride, so we plan it off your run sheet and stay on it once the day starts.

Start with a call or a quote request. Give us the date, the getting-ready locations, the ceremony and reception addresses, any photo stops, and the guest-shuttle windows if you need them. We confirm the right setup, a Sprinter for the party or a Sprinter plus a shuttle for guests, and send back a flat, all-in quote before anything is locked.

Once the date is set, you and your planner get a single point of contact at dispatch. On the day, your chauffeur arrives early, works the run sheet, and holds buffers for the parts that always run long, like the photo set and the family toasts. If the timeline moves, dispatch adjusts the loops in real time. Your planner has one number to call, not a phone tree.

Where we run

West-suburban and downtown venue runs

A local base near the venue districts changes how the day actually flows.

Our base sits in the near-west suburbs, a short run from Oak Park, River Forest and the ballrooms and banquet halls along the Grand and North Avenue corridors. From here the Eisenhower and the Kennedy put a downtown loft or a River North reception inside an easy window, and the forest preserves that ring the area are minutes away for photos.

That proximity means tighter pickups, less dead-head time, and a chauffeur who already knows where the loading zones, the side-street drop-offs and the rush-hour pinch points are. When a reception is downtown and the hotel block is in the suburbs, we plan the guest loops around the drive and the parking instead of guessing at it.

We cover the full spread of venue types without naming names on a marketing page: suburban ballrooms and country clubs, industrial downtown lofts, hotel grand ballrooms, garden and forest-preserve ceremonies, and North Shore estates up the lake. Wherever the day lands, the same local crew plans the route and the buffers.

Guests staying near the airport or downtown, a ceremony in Oak Park, photos on the lakefront, a reception in the West Loop. It's a normal Saturday for us, and it runs on one schedule with one point of contact.

Inside the cabin

A lounge built for the party between stops.

The ride between locations should feel like part of the celebration, not a scramble. Here's what every wedding charter includes. If a detail matters for your day, ask and we'll put it on the quote.

01

Lounge cabin

Captain's chairs and lounge seating, ambient lighting, climate control, USB and power at the seats, and premium audio for the party between stops.

02

One chauffeur all day

The same professional, in dress attire, from the morning hops to the late send-off. He learns the run sheet so you never re-explain the plan.

03

Room for the gown & the group

Up to 12 to 14 passengers with space for a dress, a suit bag and the bridal party's things, so no one rides squeezed in on the biggest day.

04

Built to your timeline

Pickups and buffers set with your planner, and adjusted live by dispatch when the photo set or the toasts run long.

05

Licensed & insured livery

Commercial livery vehicles with active commercial insurance. Documentation is available for venues that require a certificate.

06

Day-of dispatch

One number for you and your planner. If the schedule shifts, a real person answers and the loops re-flow around it.

Frequently asked questions

Often, yes. A single Sprinter seats up to 12 to 14, so the wedding party rides together through the ceremony, photos and reception. For larger guest counts we run shuttle loops between the hotel block and the venue, and can put a second coach on the same schedule so no one waits.

We build the run sheet off your timeline. Give us the getting-ready locations, the ceremony and reception addresses, photo stops and the guest-shuttle windows, and we set the pickups with buffers. Your planner and our dispatch stay in contact on the day, so a slow photo set or a long toast doesn't throw the rest of the schedule.

Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinters carry up to 12 to 14 passengers in captain's chairs and lounge seating, with room for a gown, a suit bag and the bridal party's things. For a bigger group we coordinate multiple coaches on one schedule so everyone travels together.

Yes. Multi-stop photo runs are part of most wedding bookings, whether that's a forest-preserve stop, the lakefront or a downtown loft rooftop. Map the stops with us ahead of time and we build the timing so you still reach the reception on schedule.
