Out-of-town guests shouldn't end your wedding night bidding against a rideshare surge. We run a black Mercedes-Benz Sprinter in a continuous loop between the hotel block and the venue: timed departures before the ceremony, steady returns through the reception, and a final sweep after last call. Guest Shuttle Loop
A guest shuttle loop is simple: the coach leaves the hotel lobby at posted times, drops at the venue door, and turns straight around for the next group. It keeps repeating until the last guest is home. No parking hunt, no designated drivers, no one doing math on a third glass of wine.
Each Sprinter carries 12 to 14 guests per trip in a proper lounge cabin, so the ride is part of the evening instead of a school-bus compromise. The loop is one piece of a full wedding plan; the party car, photo runs and send-off live on our main wedding transportation page, and the coach itself is the same executive shuttle van we run for corporate groups.

West and northwest suburban blocks, Oak Brook, Schaumburg, the Harlem Avenue corridor, feed the banquet halls, country clubs and forest-preserve venues that ring the city. Short drives make for tight, frequent loops, which is where a fixed timetable shines.
Being based in the near-west suburbs matters for loops more than for any other wedding job. A loop coach that starts near the route wastes no billed hours dead-heading across the metro, and a chauffeur who already knows the hotel driveways, the venue loading zones and the expressway pinch points keeps the cycle time honest after dark.
